We collect only what a trip requires: the rider’s name, contact details, the pickup and destination addresses, the appointment time, and any mobility needs that determine which vehicle is assigned. We use it to arrange, run and bill the ride.

Health-related details are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the driver assigned to the trip, the office staff arranging it, and — where the trip is funded through Medicaid — the state’s transport broker, which requires them to authorise and pay for the journey.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. Ride records are retained for as long as our contracts and state requirements oblige us to keep them.
