What we look for
A clean driving record and a willingness to have it reviewed. Patience with older and disabled riders, and the judgement to help without taking over. Punctuality, because the whole promise rests on it.
You do not need previous medical-transport experience. What matters is reliability, patience, and a clean record you are happy to have checked.
