Ambulatory transport
For riders who can walk, with a hand to steady them.
Non-emergency ambulatory service for people who can walk or transfer safely with a little help — to the hospital, home from it, or a round trip to an appointment.
Ambulatory does not mean unaided. Your driver comes to the door, helps you to the vehicle, and walks you in at the other end — the parts of the journey that are hardest to do alone are the parts we are there for.
Whether it is a ride to the hospital, a ride home from one, or a round trip to a clinic, the trip is priced before it is booked and the vehicle is assigned to your zone so the pickup window stays tight.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Can I just book directly, without a referral or a broker?
What does a wheelchair ride cost?
Can you take my wheelchair, or do I have to transfer?
Do you take Medicaid too?
How far ahead should I book?
Do you do airport runs, family events or non-medical trips?
Will the driver wait and help me inside?
Can you set up recurring rides?
Which areas do you cover?
Book the ride. We’ll handle the rest.
Two minutes online, or one phone call. We ask for a day’s notice so the route is planned properly — and if we cannot take the trip, we will say so straight away.
